In my opinion, most of these products are just gadgets. Sure they seem like the do one thing very quickly but if you add the time it take to pull the gadget out, set it up, tear it down, clean it and store it I think the knife and cutting board still come up ahead. And that is beside the amount of counter/drawer space they take…
