I agree with most of the comments here. The video definitely needs to be streamlined somewhat. As far as I'm concerned you missed an opportunity to add chopped garlic and onion to your oil and then wilt the spinach over it. Adds a ton of flavor. Thanks for the recipe.
Spinach,eggs,and cheese.( other veggies optional) season ,blend all ingredients add cheese on top too and bake.

You should have used that red rubber spatula on your non stick skillet
