My Virgin Kitchen is a YouTube cooking channel I created when I wanted to teach myself how to cook and create a video diary of the journey https://www.youtube.com/user/myvirginkitchen. I have never had a professional lesson & am just your every day chap attempting recipes to inspire you guys to try too. Most uploads are how to recipe cooking videos, but some fun is had too on Sunday Funday when anything goes, including giant foods, mini foods, taste testing foods sent from around the World, food gadgets and many more. Any requests for recipes / cool stuff you’ve seen let me know! I try my best to reply to as many comments as possible, but please interact with eachother and be respectful 🙂

  1. I know this is from last year, but w/e, I just started watching. 😀 Got to say, I love the apple tool! I have a Betty Crocker one, and it makes making apple pies so much easier!

Also, you can remove the handle, and jury rig it with an electric screwdriver to make things go a lot faster. I'm just sayin'. 😀

  2. Whenever my family has a fondue, I make meatballs with cheese in them. It's just more fun doing it by hand. 🙂

  3. #1 use a fork
    #2 use a straw
    #3 just crack an egg…
    #4 use a fork
    #5 don't be lazy just use a peeler and a knife…
#6 make a whole with your thumb and fill then put more mince in..
    #7-8 why? Just use a fork……

    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

  4. As cool as the Oreo dunker is a fork works just as well. Just put the prongs in the Oreo and dunk it into the liquid of choice.

  5. I have owned my apple peeler for years…i even use it to peel my potatoes…yes curly fries…love it

  6. You should make a Spanish omelette. You just fry onions and whatever vedge you have then make a normal ( English ) omelette and add the onions in I've not tried it yet but my Spanish teacher says it's really good

  7. My mom had one of those apple peeler corer gadgets. We would prepare a bunch of granny smith apples using that, put them snug in a baking dish, and fill the holes with a mixture of brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, a little bit of salt, and instant oats (a streusel). A little more streusel over the top for good measure. Then it was baked (don't remember the temp but 375 would probably work) for a while until everything was bubbly and the top was caramelized. Tastes a lot like apple pie but it's super easy and quick. I think my mom made up the recipe, it used to be one of my favorites. I think I'll have to remind her of it and see if we can make it again soon. I highly recommend serving it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream =).
