This is a simple way to prepare Salmon that is guaranteed to be moist and delicious. You could even use different herbs and seasoning if desired.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4-6 oz Salmon Filets
2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
2 Lemons, thinly sliced
3 Green Onions, Sliced
1 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Pepper
2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Splashes or Tablespoons of White Wine (not cooking wine, wine you would drink)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place each Salmon filet on a separate sheet of Aluminum foil-approx 8×8 square
Season each Salmon filet with salt and pepper, place 2 lemon slices and 4 garlic slices on each filet.
Drizzle each with olive oil and finish with a splash of wine
Wrap as directed in the video and bake for 25 minutes, if using 5ox filets, bake for 20 minutes.
Allow fish to cool after removing from oven for 1 minute, unwrap and serve with brown rice or roasted potaoes.
I love when people think scallions and green onions are the same thing. It's so cute.
It's like if I said "then we add a cup of sour cream… Also called Greek yogurt.."
Thank you
PLEASE REMOVE MY NAME I DO NOT COMMENT ON ANYTHING
But I like eating the skin …
Just salt and pepper…white folks
Well done April! it's simple but very healthy and lovely! I looked on you for a long time for a healthy salmon filet and couldn't find any! Thank you for your time and effort and keep up the good work. Jay x:)
I saw on Hells kitchen gordon Ramsey saying the white stuff means it over cooked
25 min is overcooking for this small steak. 15 is maximum, even 10
This looks so simple– and delicious!!! I'm heading to the kitchen now to make it ???
I'm using your recipe today. Thanks

Nice recipe
Thank u for the recipe!
Made this last night, and it was great. My salmon was larger than I needed but I cooked it anyway. I had it for dinner last night with roasted asparagus and a salad. I had half of it left and had it today cold for lunch. It was great again. I love this recipe and plan on making my salmon this way all the time. It is easy, simple and delicious.
Looks great and I am going to make, but why "extra" virgin olive oil ?
Do you increase cooking time if you cook several at the same time?
Thanks for posting this. But the salmon was way overcooked and ended up very dry. Perhaps 15 minutes is sufficient, definitely not 25 minutes.
Nice!
Cooked two filets and they substantially needed more time to cook. I recommend 30 minutes for 2 large filets on 400 degrees
Nice recipe!
Excellent demonstration!
how long in oven for 3 salmon ?
Shit reciepe
