The "Canai" should be pronounce as "Chan-nai" which I think is a mis-pronunciation of Chennai (The capital of Tamil-Nadu) where most of the Malaysian Indians migrated from.

And finally kaya is not always coconut jam.. some kaya is made out of eggs..and yeah everything is alright I guess.. except that the Satay that looked soooo dry..
