Takes me back to when I was in high school practicing Pantera/Slayer/Metallica riffs on an acoustic guitar, wasn’t able to afford an electric guitar back then, fun times, I’d palm mute the hell out of it just to make the sound heavier/chunkier.
This guy thinks he’s way funnier than he is and he keeps looking at the camera to let us know when to laugh. I thought it was cool demonstration, didn’t really need comedy to it.
I liked this more than real metal, but… no, still not my kind of music somehow (probably because bass and drums are still metal, and also metal riffs sounds somewhat boring without distortion).
I think these sound better.
Reminds me of [surf metal](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T9OPdcN5Ss)
So that’s how they do the Radio Disney version.
As a guitar player of 20 years, this takes me back to practicing in my room and my parents telling me to turn off the amp…

It sounds like a haunted castle level from a Mario game.
I still liked it!
pretty neat, gonna show this to the metalhead at my work
Reminds me of Virus

As a welder the title sounded like a wet dream.

This demonstrates really well how much the blues influenced metal (as well rock in general).
Sounds like Opeth when they do more progressive stuff or have a lighter part in the middle of their death metal songs.
Undistorted Metal = Badass Blues
Reminds me of the DOOM soundtrack
Sounds like jazzy folk music.
The video could have done without all the “hilarious jokes”
Still sounds good.
I think this is a relevant place to post Bill Bailey’s [Catastophic technical failure at a U2 concert](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8dZwXnMrRU)
Sounds like mexican music for some reason

relevant guitar clip
Sounds like he replaced the distortion with reverb
Jump in the fire was especially awesome!
Crystal Mountain sounded like crystal mountain
I’d like to see a metal without distortion video where they don’t play Slayer or Pantera. They all play the same songs.
Pinch harmonics are not as fun when you don’t have distortion. Also the intro to blackend without disortion would sould so odd.
No stairway… denied!
What country is that?
Surfer music from hell
this sounds like a modern Scooby doo soundtrack.
like taking salt out of a dish and wondering why its not salty.
I thought it sounded really good and was fun to listen to.
raining blood is actually still pretty good
Different, good and enjoyable!No frills!
Sounds nice.
Cello also works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFWdMVn_lPw

It kind of sounds like Primus meets surfer music.
Sounds like punk

Sounds like [Dick Dale](https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&ved=0ahUKEwjg3K633qrXAhWKKMAKHVHjBOYQtwIIODAC&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DZIU0RMV_II8&usg=AOvVaw0KT9mJlWPEinb3B0VNmfLq) and surfer rock…
I like this sound. I feel like a lot of metal over does the distortion and you can’t hear whats going on.
It just sounds like [Dick Dale](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EZEOJ1ugWk)
