The texture and the earthen aroma from naan! It is so easy to just fall in love with Naan. My naan recipe uses a regular home oven and a clay pizza stone to give the naan same exposer as a clay oven.

  1. It's a perfect recipe. I made it the first time and it was spot on! Just the right amount for a couple also, and fast enough that you could make it fresh the next day if you want more.Thank you

  2. thanks for your recipe. I am in us, and followed your recipe, but it is very sticky, and not able even to shape a ball, and I ended up put an extra cup of flour in in order to have a ball shape. What kind of measurement you use? I follow the usa measurement. Am I wrong?
