Its not that important to eat grains regularly.  Its VERY important to eat vegetables VERY regularly.  Its important to eat fruits regularly.  Its NOT important to eat any dairy foods-you can get your vitamin D, calcium, etc. elsewhere.  Its important to eat foods from the "protein" group regularly, but its more important to get beans, nuts, seeds, etc. in your diet than fish/poultry/meat, though fish/poultry/meats are very satisfying, thus their higher consumption…
