INGREDIENTS:

15 oz (or 3 small cans) tuna in oil, drained & flaked
1 English cucumber
1 small/med red onion, sliced
2 avocados, diced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil
Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
¼ cup (1/2 bunch) cilantro, chopped
1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
⅛ tsp black pepper

  2. Definitely gave this video a thumbs up but the two things I did not care for was the sound of the spoon stirring the salad and the other was the close up sound of chewing. Other than that the recipe looked amazing and I can’t wait to try it.
