Spicy Avocado Pecan Chicken recipe
preheat oven to 400
1) Use thin cut chicken breast and season them with your favorite seasoning
2) Roughly chop 1/2 cup of pecans
3) add honey mustard on chicken (as shown in video)
4) place pecans on top
5) place chicken on a baking pan with olive oil
6) bake for 20-22 minutes
7) Put chicken on top of your favorite salad such as arugula with cherry tomatoes and lemon. Add avocado sauce on top!
