  1. So when I wanna eat it I just open the jar and enjoy my meal? No cooking or mixing or anything else required? Sorry if my question was a dum one cause I just starting my diet few days.

  2. hi geek.I want to loss weight but I want to make sure I am getting all the nutrition in one bowl.can you help me plan what I can eat yet I'm losing weight. keeps me fuller longer.I love your ideas and would like to give it ago.so need your advice and help.

  3. hi I love your videos but I would like to clarify something incorrect you said about vegetarians…. we vegetarians don't eat eggs or fish because eggs and fish are still animals. so the salad that is "veg" and protein packed (which is it ) isn't vegetarian.

  4. you are so cute to watch i've tried two of these recipes and they are great 🙂 the mason jar makes it look pretty and pretty food always taste better – best wishes to u

  5. so your not supposed to stick the ingredients in tightly? so that you can still shake them?
i agree with all the other comments cool video, thanks for the ideas 🙂

  6. You are wrong about lettuce it has vitamins that your body needs. So you need to read up on that important information before you tell people not to eat something.

  7. I really love the lite- Italian dressing from Newman's own or Ken's steak house I'm wondering if you have a dressing that tastes like it but homemade?

  8. you put it into a mason jar so its pre made you won't have to go through the hassle of making it .. you choose to shake it in jar and eat it directly from the jar itself or pour it into the bowl. the point is it's convenient. easy. eat however you choose! theirs no right or wrong way. also by keeping them in Mason jar you can just keep it in the refrigerator until you plan on eating it!! so their you go,to those who were confused… ??✊????

  9. not denying the fact that they are not healthy at all. however saw Dr.berg speaking how all startches turn into sugar and ultimately surger items/foods regardless the amounts of sugar ,sugar is sugar and is bad for you! even fruits! even though they are natural. potatoes, garbanzo beans are starch foods, well and your fruits have sugar. I'm sure everyone will have their opinion on it. however don't make it seem like it's healthy and moderation is key when in fact their is science behind it..do your research first???

  10. instead of candied pecans in the one salad could I do steak? I love the combination of fruit, goat cheese and steak but not sure if the steak would hold up in the dressing?

  11. Hi. I'm sherry from Malaysia. I find this salad interesting and would like to make it for my lunch. But I have a basic question.. how big is the jar should I have for these salad recipes. Appreciate your advice. Thanks.
