I’m about to learn to play the straw.
That was super impressive. I was imagining some blade of grass whistling hokum but that’s a full tonal instrument he’s got there.

I was surprised he had so much control over the timbre of the straw. From soft and kind of oboe-ish, to loud and obnoxious and plastic-y like a kazoo or a vuvuzela or something.
I was so sure this was fake. Pleasantly surprised

Where do you cut a straw to make that sound?
Sounds very impressive. But, I think the key is to just make it so all of the notes sound good together. Like all in one scale, or whatever. Then you can just wail on it and flail your fingers around and every note fits together.
