It's weird seeing other people think it's weird to eat chicken intestines when your whole life, you're eating it. I'm actually eating it right now, with chicken feet ofcourse.
Filipinos are from a third world country and we just learned to adapt and make anything that we have work. We cook and eat the parts of the pork, chicken, goat or any animals or plants that other people usually throw away and we make use of it. Of course we clean it up and throw away some parts that are really disgusting and in no way can taste good. While we're at it we discover food that tastes really good.
