This cookie recipe is very easy to make and very yummy. I recommend it to everybody!!!
Ingredients
1 cup potato starch
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup powder sugar
1 stick butter

This recipe doesn't contain salt. But adding a pinch is recommended. It supports the butter flavour. Sigh, I didn't know this until after baking them. Darn.
I have tried this and so happy with the result. I'm using margarine and add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and turn out great
Don't you also add water to form the dough?
What of u don't have potato starch. Can u use corn starch in place of it?

Tip for perfection: I added some drops of milk and a little more butter. I added some vanilla essence for flavour.
