Thinking back on this, next time I'll do the following to help improve my results: Cook the broccoli for half the time (approx 2.5 minutes) to prevent overcooking and also give it more crunch and sturdiness. I'd also cut the pieces into a smaller, more manageable size. Also, I'd back off the vinegar a bit, as it tasted too vinegary.
I hate to notice that you have talked shit on MANY recipe videos, but I, or anyone else, have not seen what YOU can do. So if you can create recipes that are better than all the food videos you hated on, I'll see your point. If you can't, I, and everyone else hopefully, will see you as a stupid ass troll. Now, I have seen that you like some videos, and that's nice, but don't talk shit to people! There's a difference between constructive criticism and arrogant shit-talking.
I made this and the vinaigrette smelled sooo good while mixing, a 10 out of 10; like at a restaurant. But when tossed with the broccoli, the taste together was only about a 6.5 out of 10. I don't think I overcooked the broccoli (boiled it for 5.5 minutes and then right into an ice bath). Not sure what went wrong, if anything.
