Ingredients! Fresh basa fillets 1kg, whole coriander handful 1/3rd cup, black salt/rock salt handful, ajwain/ carom seeds handful, black cumin seeds/ shah zeera/ kala zeera same proportion as ajwain. Half garlic- don’t use paste/ powder form, lemon juice 1/3rd cup, chilli powder 1/2 ts, kasuri methi/ dried fenugreek leaves 1 hand ful, ¾ ts salt, haldi ½ ts and gram flour/ besan 2tbs. Vegetable oil. Goes well with dahi chatni and hot rotis.
