  1. Tried the recipe twice so far and everyone loved it to the extent where they didn't believe it when I told them that it wasn't bought outside! The first time I made it, I only let the dough sit for 1hr+ so it was a little hard when I baked it but the second time i let the dough sit in the fridge over night and the crust came out so soft and well!! Baked it at 230c for about 8 minutes! THANK YOU

  3. From a commercial pizza making family in the NE. This is a perfect basic recipe… remember to use a dough hook and not some other attachment if you're going to do it with a machine. Also remember that the quality of the ingredients (can't go wrong with King Arthur flour and Fleischman's yeast if nothing else) will affect the end product.

    Also just remember to divide the dough and leave it overnight as outlined in the video, and I would add that you can just throw it in a plastic bread bag and tie it off before putting it in the fridge. The next day it will be huge and you'll have to push it all back together, then you just let is rise again for 30 mins or so at room temp and it's good to go.

    Years ago, a video like this would have been ridiculous. Pizza dough making was revealed on a need to know basis only, lol. Love it. Great video.

    Family "secret" = lightly coat the dough (including crust) with olive oil, salt and McCormick Italian seasoning prior to adding sauce/toppings. Enjoy.

I’m 10 yrs old and I made pizza for my whole family (except my mom she is gluten tolerant ?) and they loved it it was so so good that my mom (she actually ate it but had a major breakout after) told me I had to make it again and yes here I am on this video AGAIN.Anyway great recipe I highly recommend it ??
