I’m not a ‘car guy’ at all, but I do quite like the sound of the acceleration of a Tesla. I imagine that that’s not shared with the diesel/petrol heads, but these kind of videos are much more enjoyable for me.

Lined up against a Tesla once in my SS. Knew I was going to lose. Never realized by how much. Those things are wicked fast. Only car that I’ve driven that would probably hang with it would be a GTR and even then I don’t think it would beat it.
That looks to be a Cayman GT4. Not sure why the driver turned the traction control off. That kind of spin isn’t possible in any car made in the last 20 years… unless you turn the traction control off.
This would be a great comparison on a track. oh wait, the cayman would dominate. I doubt a Tesla could keep up, and it would certainly overheat by the 3rd lap.
