The actors in Stranger Things, including all of the kids, aren’t allowed to tell anything to their families about the plot of season 2. The second season of Stranger Things takes place more than one year after the first, on Halloween of 1984. The season is expected to begin with everyone trying to get back to normal after the disappearance of Will Byers, who has returned from the traumatic experiences inside of The Upside Down. Stranger Things is written and directed by Matt and Ross Duffer.
