You are fraud piece of shit. How can you claim something is the “best” for almost all your fucking videos??? In this instance, you haven’t even had the original so what are you even comparing this shit to?
You made this alot harder by cutting everything individually. Just get a spatula big enough for all the burgers lay all the uncut buns ontop then cut them before you serve
What makes White Castle unique IMO is they use dehydrated onions that are reconstituted and then spread over the griddle liquid and all. Then they place the frozen super thin patties over the slightly cooked onions.
Once the patties have cooked a bit they hen put the buns over the burger. It’s really an amazing and simple thing.
People here concerned about the raw patties and the buns coming into contact need to understand that you A) put them on after the patties have cooked slightly B) DON’T DISS WHITE CASTLE!!! Lol
But seriously they cook through fully cuz of the holes. Respect the OG slider burger. No cheese with pickles and ketchup.
These are best served late night after the bar or in my family after funerals on Long Island. Lol
Sam, you are now, by far and away, my favorite cooking channel to watch! You make such great food – AND excuse me for putting this in your language – you make it funny as f&#K!!! Seriously, good recipes, a good sense of humor, you include some of the outtakes (which are hilarious), and most importantly, you are NOT some pretentious, smoker / griller snob, who says there is only ONE way of doing things! Many of us don't have the money to buy the Kamodo Caliber smokers (and such), and we appreciate the tips on how to get similar – though not exact results – via other means (on our gas grills, or Weber Kettles)! Thanks so much for what you do!

But everybody knows the true testament of the white castle is what follows… upset stomach, HORRIBLE gas, & last but not least the best shit you ever had in your life the next day. If these 3 things didnt happen, your missing out on the best part of white castle.
