Chris De La Rosa from CaribbeanPot.com shares a delightful chicken wing recipe, reminiscent of the fried chicken wings found at Maracas beach in Trinidad and Tobago. Chicken wings are seasoned with a lovely Caribbean herb marinade, then dusted in seasoned flour and fried until crisp. These chicken wings can rival any Buffalo style wings for flavor, texture and overall taste, with it’s unique Caribbean flavors.
You’ll Need…
4 lbs Chicken wings (trimmed and washed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup corn starch
1 cup flour
oil for frying.

Looks and probably taste great!!!
3:06 is that only oil ? Because when i fry the chicken wings it turns black and tastes disgusting . Why is that ? IS it from the oil or jsut from the meat. But the meat i buy looks ok..
I'm hungry now 😭
How to make carribean seasoning?
Why didn't u try them ON camera so we can hear the crisp?? 👎!
Can also used milk or 2 tbs cornflour mixed with 8tbs water if you don't have eggs. I guess the only principle is that the flour sticks to the wings. I've also used very finely crushed up crackers with flour as the coating before as well.
Cornstarch is keyy

Remember Family, cooking has no rules except for absolute cleanliness, appropriately aged and fresh food ingredients.
I've been seasoning with curry powder – it is what I use most (not all) the time, even My Caribbean & USA Family/Friends thought I was silly for using that spice for fried chicken…until they smelled, then tasted My chicken, they couldn't get enough of it.
He lost me when he said Curry powder
