5 Healthy Breakfast Recipes

Hey Guys,
I’ve put together a video of my 5 favourite breakfast recipes, that cater for all your breakkie needs!

RECIPES

1) PEANUT BUTTER PORRIDGE
– 1/2 Cup Oats
– 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
– 1 Tsp Peanut Flour
– Stevia drops/ Honey/ Agave
– 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
– 250ml Water
– Fresh Fruit
– Nut Butter
1. Add dry ingredients together; Oats, chia seeds & peanut flour and mix together.
2. Add the water and mix together. Porridge should be submerged.
3) Microwave for 2 minutes.
4) Take out, add a splash of Almond Milk and stir together. You may want to microwave for a further 30 secs or so depending on the consistency.
5) Once done, add a splash more almond milk and stir. Add fruit and nut butter of choice.

  1. Gorgeous recipes Tally! For the egg muffins it's slightly easier to use a silicon muffin tin and that way you don't have to grease it and they pop out very easily. Please keep vids like this coming xxx

  2. Smoked paprika is a game changer! Normal paprika is a little underwhelming for my taste but oh my, smoked is incredible! I add it in with everything to give that BBQ flavour: in pasta dishes, stews, devilled eggs, with turkey bolognaise… So yummy!
