I wonder if the fact he’s trying not to laugh is to show that it’s a joke but based on truth or he’s just trying to keep his TV face on. Or maybe he just thought it was funny
Yeah it’s been a well known accepted thing for a long time. Any minimal research would expose it. The guy settled like 8 cases of sexual assault before this even blew up.
Weinstein is just one of many predatory scumbags that has been protected in Hollywood.
How many of these were innocent jokes and how many were actually relevant to the latest news? It seems like there are a whole lot of jokes nailing this thing down.
Just think-not one person in Hollywood supported Rose McGowan when she said he raped her-instead they all turned their backs and her career tanked. Edit-I originally thought she just said he tried to rape her but evidently she said he raped her.
It’s funny until you realize, these people knew something. Why didn’t people speak up?
It always amazes me how we get people like Weinstein, Bill Cosby, or Jerry Sandusky, and people knew for DECADES but never spoke up. And I’m not talking about the victims. That’s tough for them. But the witnesses?
EDIT: Read a recent comment from Rosanna Arquette (sp?) about how she and others feared to speak up due to his power and the threat of retaliation. In this sense, I understand. It’s the same with whistle-blowers. You try to do the right thing, and you get silenced.
Sounds like it was pretty much an open secret. So twisted.
I read brad Pitt put his finger in Harvey’s chest after he did his massage routine to Paltrow. Amazing no one really stopped him though. Goes to show how corrupt you can be with money and power to dangle over people.
Got to respect a person who will call out powerful people like that even knowing they could get a lot of shit for it.

I have more respect for Seth than ever before. he may be over looked with his slapstick comedy shows but got to hand it to the guy for calling out a sex predator.
This isn’t the first time…
There were jokes about Bill Cosby, John Travolta, Roman Polanski, Bill O’Reilly, etc. before it hit the news. People were writing “jokes” about it and people outside Hollywood thinks they are just jokes. You can probably comb through a bunch of shows over the last 20 years and find clues on the shit that was going on (Drugs, sleeping with producers/directors, force prostitution, people in the closet).
Seth McFarlane is the oracle or Hollywood strangeness. Remember when Family Guy had a seemingly nonsensical cutaway gag of Bruce Jenner doing a burlesque bit at a USO show? That one made a little more sense a few years later
Niiice.
So everyone in hollywood covered for this shit, and preached to everyone else…
Good for him! Fuck that dirt-bag, and all other sex predators.
Nice find, and good one for Seth!
And yet Seth is the one in Hollywood everyone hates.
I wonder if the fact he’s trying not to laugh is to show that it’s a joke but based on truth or he’s just trying to keep his TV face on. Or maybe he just thought it was funny
Reminds me of when [30 Rock references Bill Cosby’s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qr0KriimgUs) known issues.

The fact that he has a serious look on his face really scares me. He was being very serious.

Wow. This was too real.
Is anyone else thrown by the shoddy middle school play stage design and crowd that sounded like it was 15 people? Was this really the 2015 Oscars?
What changed between now and then, that it became possible to speak out against Weinstein? And having him forced out as well?
Seems like the kinda guy I’d want to command my starship.
His face at the end really tells you that that was no joke.
Everyone’s talking about Seth’s face, but Emma Stone’s expression makes me feel a little sorry for her. She looks like she knows, first hand.

Just read Weinstein checked into rehab. Didn’t know they had rehab for rapists…. I thought that was just called jail.
The fact that so many people are clearly in on the joke tells you a lot.
He legitimately looks like he’s saying inside “yes, laugh you disgusting humans.”
For the ones wondering who won: Anne Hathaway.

Emma Stone looked like Mike Meyers, when Kanye said that George Bush didn’t care about black people.
Sounds like it was pretty much an open secret. So twisted.

The amount of laughs that elicited means there were vast amounts of people who knew what he was doing and didn’t say shit. Fuck all of them
The look on his face as the crowd laughs. It’s like he’s saying “you laugh now like this is a joke, but just wait.”
Seriously. If people knew about Jerry Sandusky, people *definitely* knew about Weinstein. There’s no doubt about it.

This kinda reminds me of the Hannibal Buress talking about Cosby then it later gettimg the attention it needed. Crazy stuff.
Seth McFarlane has a knack for being spot on about almost everything
