  1. Pickle juice and vinegar can actually help with heartburn/GERD/acid reflux/nausea after meals because these are symptoms of hypochloridia which is a lack of hydrochloric acid in the stomach (contrary to what commercials like nexium, tums and other antacids may tell you. All they want is your money after all, not to help you so they'll suppress the problem to get you to buy more of their products. This isn't an uncommon thing with OTC drugs and it's not exactly illegal either so do some research before buying OTC drugs). Your gut needs a balance of acid at all times just to stay healthy otherwise you could end up with corrosion of the stomach lining (because your body is trying to compensate for the lack of acid by producing more which isn't happening and the acid that's currently in there is getting churned up too much), damage to the esophagus (possibly cancer), and chronic IBS due to acid leaking into the intestines. For all of these problems and those that I haven't mentioned involving the side effects of those OTC drugs, I think a swallow of pickle juice (or even eating a few pickles) or a swallow of vinegar before a meal should drastically reduce the symptoms at the end of the meal. If they don't, just drink some after 🙂 No worries right? I hope this helps someone. Many people have these conditions and either know it but take drugs that exacerbate it or don't know it because it shows up in a different form (IBS) so next time you've got a gastrointestinal problem, give this a shot and see if it helps. Have a great day!

  2. omg i am from g3rmany and i have never seen better cooking videos before!!! so in love with your ideas and i am so inspired. Thank you soo much you tought me to cook 😀 ???❤❤❤❤

  3. I just came here because I saw in the video on AsapTHOUGHT's channel that you put figs on one of those pizzas. So crazy, I have to try this! 😀

  4. Is that sausage actually hot or is it more like "Burger King 'hot' for the tourists to spicy-town to eat when they want to pretend they live 'on the edge'"…?

EDIT: If you haven't tried it already, consider adding some zucchini. It can be tricky because you want it to be tender but still have some tooth to it… So, big chunks are recommended… Fresh too. (unless you like your zucchini a bit on the soggy and bitter side… shrugs) Zucchini with chicken, black olives (and green if you want some saltyness) and caramelized onions. Soooooooo good!

  5. ¡Hola amiga! Discovered you from ASAP Science and subscribed to you, too. We will be test driving all three pizzas next week on our vacation. no puedo esperar. Bien hecho, muchas gracias y buen provecho!

  6. I'm really going to have to try the fig one on my kids. It looks amazing and an ideal way to introduce them to foods neither of them would normally consider.

  7. Pizza dough isn't that difficult to make, especially if you have a stand mixer with a dough hook. I'll give you a link to the recipe I use, and I'll add that I highly advise using bread flour for the crust so it comes out nice and crisp. The recipe doesn't include baking instructions, but I've figured that out through trial and error: Bake at 500 F (260 C) for about 10 minutes.
