Ingredients:

Dark Ganache:
1 1/4 cups heavy (whipping) cream
21 oz / 600g dark chocolate

Milk Ganache:
1 1/4 cups heavy (whipping) cream
23oz / 650g milk chocolate

White Ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
25 oz . 700g heavy (whipping) cream

  1. Question, do the frostings harden if they are already on the cupcakes? I mean, if I would put whipped ganache on a cupcake, will I hurt my teeth when I bite into the frosting? or does it stay semi-soft?

  2. I just tried this with two cups chocolate morsels two cups heavy whipping cream. Let it set for 6 hrs and it was very runny. Soft liquid. I whipped it for almost 12 mins for it to start having a thick consistency but still can’t pipe with it. Not sure what I did wrong.
