  1. Thanks for sharing! I grow a few different types of kale in my garden at home, and often I like the crunch kale provides, but knowing how to "tenderize" kale is a helpful little trick! I would love to know, however, if the olive oil is a necessary element? My husband and I have been trying to use different types of oils (avocado, coconut, etc) and I'm wondering if either of those would be as effective? I'd also be curious to know if this works on all types of kale? Again, thanks for sharing – I'll definitely give it a try!
