INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Roma tomatoes
1 English cucumber
½ medium red onion, sliced
2 avocados, diced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil
Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
¼ cup (1/2 bunch) cilantro, chopped
1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
⅛ tsp black pepper

I’ve tried this salad two ways; firstly, exactly how Natasha made it and second time around I made the salad but left out the avocado, let it sit for a few hours for the flavours and juices marry together and just before serving, I then added the avocado. In my opinion, the second method was definitely my favourite. The intensity of the flavour was far greater. Absolutely delicious.

  2. it's avocado seasons here in my country, I thought the only way to eat avocado are by putting some milk or a homemade ice cream. Putting it in a salad is more healthier… I will definitely try those recipe. Thanks Natasha for sharing. God Bless!
